Pan seared Opah on a bed of baby greens with a lilikoi drizzle

3rd Course
Filet Mignon on a potato pancake, splashed with blackberry demi glaze and served with roasted vegetables
GHOST PINES, CABERNET SAUVIGNON
4th Course
Warm berry bread pudding served with crème anglaise and topped with candied almonds

HO’OLAULEA
“Pulama ka hanauna hou” Nuturing the next generation
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 27th 9am-9pm
Windward Ho’olaulea benefits future students at Windward Community College with monies raised going towards furthering the
culinary curriculum on campus. The is the 7th annual event is coordinated with WCC & Kaneohe Business Group and will
feature a star-studded line-up of Hanohano award winner musicians and something for everyone: ono food, unique island crafts,
keiki games, a silent auction, and high-tech Imaginarium shows to take visitors on tours of the universe.

Monday Night Football
Starting on September 8th we will be opening early for the games. The first week starts with a double header:
Minnesota vs. Green Bay at 1:00 followed by Denver at Oakland starting at 4:15.
New Drink Specials & Monday Night Football Menu available until 5:30pm. Come cheer on your favorite team!

Fishing Tournament
The Haleiwa Joe’s Charity Fishing Tournament is set for the weekend of November 14th – 16th. Applications are available at
the restaurant and local fishing stores.
